Where is Office Maritim?
Calle del Riu Jalón 13, 46022 València, in El Cabanyal. Five minutes on foot from Marítim–Serrería metro (lines 5 and 7), ten minutes from Malvarrosa beach. Ring the bell marked Office Maritim.
What are the opening hours?
There is a phone booth for calls and video meetings. If you need space for a meeting with guests, ask NIU and he will sort something out.
How much does it cost?
Day pass €15, week pass €60, 10-day bundle €120, fixed desk €280 per month (€240 with 6 months, €200 with 12 months). All prices plus 21% IVA, invoiced by email.
Is the first day really free?
Yes. Every new person gets one free trial day. Message NIU with the day you want. If you decide to stay, you pay from the second day.
How do I book a desk?
Message NIU on WhatsApp (+34 960 39 73 82) or email niu@officemaritim.com with the day you want. NIU confirms, sends directions and the invoice. No app, no account.
Can I book a specific desk?
Yes. The floor plan on the website shows which desks are free each day. Tap a desk and the WhatsApp message to NIU is pre-written.
Is there a meeting room or phone booth?
There is a phone booth for calls and video meetings. If you need space for a meeting with guests, ask NIU and he will sort something out.
Is there a kitchen, coffee, printer?
Yes. There is a kitchen with free speciality coffee and water for everyone. For printing, ask NIU.
Can I bring a guest?
Fixed-desk members can invite a guest for a day by telling NIU the guest’s name and phone number. NIU sends the guest directions and reserves a desk.
Can I come at the weekend?
When the office is closed, including weekends, only fixed-desk members can come in, with their own access. Day, week and bundle passes are for opening hours.
Do you accept companies as well as freelancers?
Yes. Invoices can be issued to a company with its tax ID. Several desks can be booked under one company.
How do I cancel?
Day, week and bundle passes have no commitment. Fixed desks run month to month; 6- and 12-month options are discounted. Tell NIU and he handles it.
Who runs Office Maritim?
Office Maritim is run by Balspla Inmobiliaria S.L. from the space itself. NIU is the office manager you talk to; Cedric and Adrian are the people behind it.
